Save time and money driving from store-to-store and “go green” by ordering online this year. Your child’s supply kit includes teacher requested supplies and ships directly to your school before the first day of class!

Ordering Instructions:

1. Log onto www.sproutsupplies.com/supplykits and enter HES001
2. Select the appropriate grade pack. Be sure to choose next year’s grade level.
3. Pay with a debit or credit card. You will receive an email confirmation once you
   purchase your child’s kit.
4. Order dates: May 1st – July 13
5. Every kit includes all the exact teacher requested supplies, viewable online.
6. Your kit will be delivered directly to Harvard Elementary School in August!

HOW TO VOTE FOR THE ELECTION:

• Only members of the Harvard PTA will be permitted to vote in the election. In order to be a member of the Harvard PTA you must have paid your state and national dues at least 5 days prior to the election
• All Harvard PTA members must register to vote by Friday, May 28.

HOW TO RUN FOR THE ELECTION:
If your name is not on the slate, but you are interested in running for office:

• Anyone who will register to become a Harvard PTA member within 30 days can run for a position in red
• Complete the Intent to Run form by May 28, 2021 indicating your intent to run for an open office
• During the June 2, 2021 general membership meeting, candidates will be given 2 minutes to speak to the membership regarding why they wish to run for an open board position (including their qualifications)
• Voting members of the Harvard PTA will then have an opportunity to vote for each of the open office positions.

The Harvard Elementary PTA is asking for your help to make sure we can support our teachers and students as fully as we have in the past. Our 2021 fundraising goal is $121,000.

This time around, we are getting creative! Let’s hear it for the word of the pandemic, “PIVOT”!

Along with our annual fundraising event (save the date for Super Fun Virtual Trivia Night and Live Auction on April 10), we’ve compiled this list of needed items from our SUPERHERO TEACHERS! Every year, they generously give their time, effort, resources, and love for our children, but this year they have pushed through barriers of every kind to make a difference. We are inspired to ease these burdens and ensure their success in the virtual/physical classrooms. The funds collected here will be used to provide for all teacher requests in the coming year.

Tip: Users have been experiencing an error randomly when trying to join at JoinPTA.org. While we work on a more permanent solution, please ask your members to clear the cache on their web browser, check the Enter Address Manually button when prompted, and manually add their address and cvv with great care. Other users have found these steps resolve the issue.
